That’s exactly what this 10-day gratitude challenge is about: shifting our focus to the little things that make life meaningful. And don’t worry—this isn’t about keeping a perfect journal or writing lengthy reflections. It’s simply about pausing, noticing, and acknowledging the everyday joys around us.

A Challenge That’s Already Making an Impact

I encourage you to use this challenge as a starting point to paying closer attention to the little things. It could be something as simple as being thankful for having running water at the turn of a faucet, the ability to tie a knot, or a more emotional realization—like having one or both parents alive, or having at least one friend you can call at any time. These moments of gratitude shift our perspective and remind us of the richness in our everyday lives.

How It Works
